GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package, your shipping address, and our carriers current rate. There is a shipping cost calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart page for your convince. Items will usually ship within 1-4 business days. Please keep in mind that during the holiday seasons and special sales shipping times may take 4-10 days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays may take more time to be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
All delivery times are estimates. Corazón Vintage is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including a shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Items that are labeled "Limited Edition" are limited in quantities, therefore please make sure to make your purchase of the items you love - once limited edition items sell out they rarely restocked.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to ship you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Please Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.
Any concerns or issues regarding your package once in a USPS or in transit via USPS, your package is full responsibility of USPS please contact USPS.com or your local authorities.

All prices on the website exclude taxes and shipping fees. Items will ship from our facility in Nevada, USA.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays via United States Postal Service.
NOTE: All Shipping addresses are verified through United States Postal service. If you are unsure of your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com, does not apply to international addresses
Items are usually shipped 1-4 business days, Monday - Friday and any order placed after 11am PST on Friday is ship the next business day

All sales are final and based on the weight of the package.
For your convenience, we ship all over the world. Depending on country, shipping usually takes 10-15 business days, sometimes longer depending on the country's customs.
Please Note: You are responsible for any country-specific tariffs, duties and/or charges placed by your government of the country of residence.
P.O. BOX DELIVERIES
USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
if you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address it is your responsibility to contact the forwarding company and/or service to locate your package.
TRACKING (US & INTERNATIONAL)
Small Items: we offer First Class Shipping which does not carry insurance or tracking number. Small items come inside metered STAMPED envelope which do not carry tracking.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS - once the ownership of the packages are turned over to the United States Postal Service (USPS), full responsibility transfers to the buyer.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mid-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR FINAL PURCHASE.
We recommend that you email us to add insurance to your package to protect it against loss or damages during shipping for further protection (loss or damage). If you select not to purchase insurance for your package it will be shipped via USPS not covered under USPS liability insurance, all purchased are shipped and insured through USPS.
Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, therefore any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.com. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, please add this to any order you can't afford to lose. We are not held liable for what the USPS staff does with packages under their position.

LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT
Corazón Vintage is not held responsible for filing a claim with USPS.com and is not responsible for lost packages during transit. Items from Corazón Vintage are not refunded if USPS loses the package unless you have purchased the additional insurance.
Shipments that are sent to a forwarding service or companies regardless of shipping service selected are not the responsibility of Corazón Vintage.
All sales are fine. Corazón Vintage does not guarantee refunds of any kind. Exchanges or credit could be considered to the full discretion of Corazón Vintage after careful consideration. There will be a restocking fee as well as a cancellation fee if a refund is considered.
Should you receive a damaged item and would like to return it. Please take a clear photo of the item and email the photo to email@example.com along with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
REFUSED (RETURNED TO SENDER) PACKAGES
This can happen due to server reason - an address being invalid or missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
If your package is returned to Corazón Vintage it is your responsibility to contact us with the correct address and for the re-shipping fee service. If Corazón Vintage does not receive a response from you within 2 business days of receiving your refused package there will be a $15 Non-Delivery Fee charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee and minus the initial shipping fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
If your item is processed, we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your order.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Corazón Vintage does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
