What are the stores Return & Exchange policy?

All items are Final Sale but not to worry, we believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. As an online business, our reputation is our only representation. We value our customers and cater to please.

Will accept defective products within 3 days of the recipient of purchase.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship items usually 1-4 business days, Monday - Friday and any order placed after 11 am PST on Friday is ship the next business day - items will be shipped from our facility in Nevada, USA.  We are a small but mighty team and working hard to get all your lovely items to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for your convenience we ship all over the world. Depending on the country, shipping usually takes 10-15 business days. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

Please note: Certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as we do not cover additional customs fee charges. Corazón Vintage is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

How do I know if my package has shipped or is on its way? 

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to ship you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Should you receive a damaged item and would like to return it. Please take a clear photo of the item and email photo to info@corazonvintage.com along with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. 

Does the Free Shipping over a certain amount (see home page for promotions) apply to international orders?

At this time we can only provide free shipping to orders to destinations within the United States but our international shipping rates are an excellent rate. 

I received a shipping confirmation, does that mean my order has been shipped? 

Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

We are excited to announce that gift cards will be here soon! In the meantime, we are happy to assist you in finding the perfect gift from Corazón Vintage for your loved one.

POMADE

If the pomade is made out of natural ingredients should I spot test it first before using it?  

YES, when in doubt always and we do mean ALWAYS, especially if you are sensitive and/or if you have been sensitive to natural products in the past- we encourage you to perform a patch test on the skin for possible reactions - do a test spot. There are some natural ingredients, essential oils, in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Corazón Vintage will not be held responsible for such occurrences.
